Shipping

Your memory foam mattress will arrive in a standard shipping box to your desired location. The memory foam product has been compressed for ease of shipment and to make the product more economical to ship. Please use caution in opening the shipping box and try not to use sharp utility knives and such, as you risk cutting into your product. The foam products are compressed and then placed into a plastic bag to keep the item clean. Once the product is out of the shipping box, remove the plastic bag by hand, again being careful not to tear or cut your product. We recommend opening the package near the area where you will be setting up your bed, as it the memory foam will start to expand and will be more difficult to move.

Once the product has been removed from all packaging, we highly recommend letting the product sit and become acclimated to room temperature. This is especially important during colder months, as memory foam is durable, but can be brittle in the compressed state and tear easily when cold. Letting the product sit for an hour or two will allow it to start expanding to its normal shape/size. Once the item has had a chance to sit, you can start to gently unroll/unfold the item using a slow, steady, uniform pulling motion. If you feel much resistence, stop and let the product sit a bit longer. This will ensure that you will not tear the product. In a short amount of time, your product will expand to full size/shape with minimal assistance. In some cases, it may require up to 24hrs for the product to regain its full shape.

If you notice a slight odor when the package is first opened, this is normal for newly manufactured foam and will fade away in a couple days. If you are sensitive to the smell, we suggest letting the mattress or topper air uncovered for 24hrs prior to use.

Returns/Exchanges

We want you to make your purchase with confidence. And we know that even after making a careful selection, sometimes people need a different level of comfort. If you wish to exchange your mattress, we will make an exchange for you for up to 100 days after delivery. (A difference in lower priced models at the time of exchange is non-refundable. An increase in price requires payment for the current price difference at the time of exchange. Exchange covers same size, limit 1 exchange per customer. Custom size mattresses are not eligible for exchange due to manufacturing variance in sizes.) All you have to pay is the return shipping fee. We will cover all other expenses. All we ask is that you spend at least a few weeks getting used to your new mattress first, before we process an exchange. Sleeping on a new (or any different) mattress takes a few days to get used to, and with that familiarity you can know for sure you're making the right decision. Of course, if your new bed set is damaged in shipment, we will exchange it right away for you at no charge. Just make note of the damage on the shipper's receipt and give us a call so we can assist. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Orders can not be cancelled once the merchandise has shipped. Please be aware your mattress purchase is non-refundable.
